RETURNS
The Shop.bsgindia.orgpolicy guides to the terms and condition for the cancellation or orders and refunds. Following terms and conditions apply:
1. Once the goods have been dispatched from the warehouse of Shop.bsgindia.org, cancellation of the order will not be accepted.
2. Any return of the goods shall be processed within 10 days of the receipt of the order. After 10 days from the receipt of the order no refund or exchange will be accepted by the Shop.bsgindia.org.
3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received. It must be returned in the original packaging.
4. All items requested for return by the customer has to be clearly specified why is it returned.
5. Return of the items received will only be acceptable at the cost of Shop.bsgindia.org if the items sent is not as per the specification and the order of the customer or for the following reasons:
● Damaged item
● Defective item
● Missing Parts / Items
● Wrong size than selected size
● Wrong item delivered
Otherwise, the items can still be accepted in the given time frame however, the courier service cost will be on the customer side.

To complete your return, we will require the receipt reference or proof of purchase to have emailed to supply@bsgindia.org. After the verification of the return request, you will receive an approval from Shop.bsgindia.org. Upon receiving the approval, you can send the product with the approval reference.

● CD, DVD, VHS tape, or that has been opened
● Any item that is returned more than 10 calendar days after delivery

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The items will be re-evaluated based on the return approval was sent and if in concurrence, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will be made through cheque/bank transfer/UPI, based on your preference on the buyer billing name/shipping address, within 10 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sales items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items with discount offers cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at supply@bsgindia.org and we will process the exchanges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
